Rarely do I see a place that makes me drool instantly — (I usually focus on Instagram or Michelin guides) But this little Japanese spot in Torrance hit me right in the craving zone! Mentaiko hot pot? What’s that fresh magic?! Never tried — must eat!👌👍 The broth is magical —😁😍 watching the mentaiko slowly melt, turning the milky soup pink… so satisfying. Savory and interesting. Honestly, the veggies in the pot tasted better than the meat — the meat was… very “true to its origin” 😬 (you know what I mean). Even more unique — fried mochi soup! Wow, never had this before.💕😊 It’s like the usual agedashi tofu, but with mochi instead — totally changes the texture. Pretty clever!
