🥘 LA | Just Had Traditional Copper Pot Hot Pot
Hey everyone 🥰 I’m Xiangcai, your foodie guide eating through LA! It’s freezing here lately… I’m turning into a snowman indoors ❄️ What better way to warm up than a cozy hot pot feast this weekend? ⚠️ Taste is subjective ⚠️ This review is based on my personal preference~ 💵 Price: We had a FULL table of meat — so much we couldn’t finish and had to take some home… All for just $120! Seriously worth every penny 💸 🍖 What We Ordered: East Town Beef & Lamb Platter A whole ring of meat for just $38.9! Includes Australian lamb shoulder, US Wagyu fatty beef, Angus beef, snow beef, and beef tongue!! Every cut was top-quality — go for it without hesitation 🐮💨 Seafood 9-Grid Platter Small price, BIG luxury! Includes abalone, tiger shrimp, fish maw, squid tubes, blackfish slices, octopus, mussels, sliced conch, and rocket squid — all for $28.9! 🦐🐙 Absolute steal. New Zealand Lamb Can’t have hot pot in winter without lamb, right? Tender, well-marbled lamb dipped in that RICH sesame sauce… I’m in heaven 🥹 Highly recommend — so so so good! Handmade Tiger Shrimp Paste Even bouncier and fresher than regular shrimp paste! Four tubes of joy 😋 I could finish them all by myself! 👩🍳 My Take: Their sesame sauce is LEGIT — you can’t do charcoal hot pot without it, okay? 🫢 Eating this warm, satisfying hot pot on a cold LA day… life feels beautiful again ✨ 📍 East Town Hot Pot 🎙️ Seeing this = skipping the trial & error!!
