This omakase is impressively generous—featuring both bafun and hydate uni, plus crab and shrimp, all for around $300. The chef noticed I’m not a fan of kohada and thoughtfully prepared it in a more approachable style just for me. 👨🍳❤️ Every course was subtly seasoned, a refreshing change from heavier, salt-forward tastings. The chef was engaging and knowledgeable, making the whole evening lively and fun. He even identified our Burgundy wine with just one sip—now that’s a true palate! 🍷😉 Highlights included: Octopus tenderized for 40 minutes, soft without any rubbery texture 🐙 20-day-aged toro, buttery and smooth 🐟 A mid-course fried fish that was incredibly juicy and flavor-packed 🐠🔥 All tuna served aged—a thoughtful touch 🍣 Perfectly grilled sea bass, aromatic and tender Kogane feels special—balanced, flavorful, and full of heart.
