The pork spine is braised until flavorful, though the meat clings to the bone β be ready to get hands-on! π 2οΈβ£ Kimchi Fried Rice No need to order separately β after finishing the stew, ask the server to make fried rice in the leftover pot. Made with kimchi β tangy and savory. 3οΈβ£ Vegetable Pancake So tasty with a crispy edge.
