For a friend’s birthday, we visited La Mesa Lounge in Hollywood — voted one of LA’s best birthday restaurants, and I totally agree! The indoor space feels like a tropical escape, complete with fire breathers, live DJs, and that club-style birthday celebration vibe when you order bottles 🍾️. The crowd is full of influencers — we even spotted a famous DJ that night! 🍽 Must-Try Dishes: My favorites were the Spicy Truffle Pasta (first bite = wow) and the Ceviche — and I’m from Miami, so that says a lot! 🍝🦪 🎂 Birthday Dessert: Comes out with dramatic smoke — super Instagrammable, but very sweet and creamy. ⚠️ Only downside: The venue has a club-like setup with promoters, so front tables may be moved later for VIP guests.
