LA | La Paella | A Hidden Seafood Paella Gem in the City

In such a prime Beverly Hills location, tucked away is this unassuming little Spanish spot — feels like a family-run business (not sure). And it’s the Spanish paella I still dream about, even while writing this 😭 The decor is “organized chaos” — super cozy, like stepping into a Spanish family’s home. 🍚 The paella is insanely fragrant — so good it makes me wonder if they add something magical. You can tell they use fresh seafood, not frozen supermarket stuff. Seriously, what’s in that broth? The rice isn’t too firm (maybe adjusted for local taste, but I love it). 🥘 Tapas selection is huge — would be so fun with a big group. We played it safe and just tried the crab & avocado tapa… and it was amazing. 🍞 Bread was soft and fluffy, served with garlic butter that made everything taste better. I will be back.
