Was in eastern LA for lunch and wanted a cozy spot to sit and work in the afternoon — stumbled upon this adorable dessert shop that’s also seriously delicious! 🍰 Ube / Milk / Tiramisu Cubes They have a flaky, croissant-like shell filled with fresh, flavored cream. I tried ube, milk, and tiramisu — loved the ube and milk flavors! Sweet but not cloying, and you can tell the cream is made fresh. ☕️ Ube Latte Haven’t had a real Hawaiian-style ube latte in ages — this one is rich in genuine ube flavor (not artificial!), smooth and fragrant. Added an espresso shot — the bitterness balanced the sweetness perfectly. 🍵 Strawberry Matcha Latte Strong matcha aroma, ordered less sugar so it wasn’t too sweet. Topped with a dollop of cream — just stir it in with the strawberry and matcha for a classic, comforting drink. There’s plenty of seating here, and it’s actually great for getting some work done too.
