I’ve been here enough that the chef decided to… challenge me. He served bluefin tuna cheek — and when it came out, I thought it was Wagyu. I was low-key wondering, “Ran out of fish today or what?” 🐟❓ But after he watched me take a bite… let’s just say once in a lifetime is enough. Pure, rich oiliness in one mouthful — a truly… unique experience. 🤦♀️💦 As always, the silver-skinned fish was expertly handled — absolutely elevated. We also got to enjoy some lovely sake this time. 🍶✨ The ikura (salmon roe) was seasoned differently than before — super fresh and bright, not the usual sticky-savory style. Even my friend, who usually doesn’t like it, was completely won over!
