True to its reputation, Matu is all about the beef—carefully raised, grass-fed, and masterfully prepared. While I may not be a meat connoisseur, my dining companions couldn’t stop praising the quality. 🐄💫 We ventured outside the beef realm with the shrimp, only to find it underwhelming. Stick to what they do best: incredible cuts of steak, dry-aged and full of flavor. The beef tartare was clean and fresh, though not the most exciting version I’ve tried—perhaps by design, to let the meat shine.
