Literally a beef-focused restaurant. Saw on Instagram that Matu’s cattle are raised exceptionally well — 100% grass-fed. Too bad I’m no beef connoisseur,🙌😍 but my dining buddy was thrilled, so the quality must be legit. Even tried the shrimp out of curiosity — so bland. Just stick to beef here. 🥩 The beef tartare was pretty uneventful — maybe to let the beef shine? No off-flavors, just… meh. Lately, beef tartares everywhere have been boring — miss Smoni (no comparison, I know!). The beef itself is top-notch — special add-ons were especially tender.❤️😊 🍷 The wine pairings were solid, too. Small tip: Skip the tasting menu — gets heavy. Order à la carte instead.
