Last week I tried a Michelin-recommended ramen spot in Culver City! Ordered their signature Toripaitan 🍜 The broth was rich and creamy, but not overly salty or greasy at all— Super smooth and easy to drink 👍🏻 It came loaded with toppings: A5 beef, smoked pork, chicken, king oyster mushrooms, fried burdock root, and a soft-boiled egg. What amazed me the most was their noodles! They had that chewy, fresh handmade texture 😍 We also got an A5 Wagyu & Crab Sushi 🍣 It literally melted in my mouth! Absolutely loved it!
