The fish maw is smooth and tender, and it’s filled with super fresh crab meat. A bowl before the meal warms you right up — so savory and naturally sweet! 🌟 Hawthorn Sweet & Sour Pork This dish brings back so many childhood memories — a must-order whenever my family ate out. The sweet and sour pork here is the best I’ve had in all of San Gabriel’s dim sum spots! Coated in a glossy sauce, crispy outside and juicy inside — absolutely perfect over rice! 🌟 Dried Scallop & Egg White Fried Rice I could never recreate this wok hei fried rice at home! It’s dry and fluffy, yet each grain remains moist — one bite instantly transports me back to China. 🌟 Abalone Sauce with Japanese Tofu Incredibly rice-friendly! Just drizzle a little abalone sauce over your rice, pair it with silky tofu, and take a bite — pure comfort!
