I’ve loved coming to North for simple, satisfying pasta even before moving away. Back in LA now, and I was so happy to find that — despite inflation everywhere — North’s prices have stayed reasonable and portions are still generous! With four of us dining, we couldn’t finish everything and ended up taking nearly a full pasta order home. 🍴🥡 In my opinion, you really can’t go wrong with any pasta here — just pick based on your mood! The daily pizza was especially delicious 🍕— maybe we were just extra hungry, but it hit the spot. The soup of the day, though, was a bit too tomato-forward for my taste — very tangy, almost intense. 🍅😅 Not sure if that’s authenticity or just an extra-zippy batch! All in all, North remains that reliable, hearty, no-fuss spot — the kind of place you return to again and again, like a favorite neighborhood canteen.
