After three years away and six months back, I finally returned to Ondal for their legendary crab hot pot 🦀🍲 It brought back memories of big group dinners here, where we’d order both the beef and crab pots. This time, with just three of us, we debated hard—but still went with the crab and octopus pot. The broth was so rich and savory, we nearly drank it all! The blue crabs were surprisingly full of roe, which was a lovely bonus. Even though we were stuffed, we had to get the fried rice to finish the meal—that last satisfying bite is non-negotiable 😋✨ Prices have definitely gone up over the years (the large pot with three crabs + sides runs about $120), but for a comforting, flavorful feast, it still feels worth it.
