LA | Ondal | Still Consistently Good After All These Years 🦀✨

After being away for over three years, I finally returned to Ondal for their famous crab stew — and it’s just as delicious as I remembered. Back in the day, we’d come with big groups and order both the beef and crab pots, but this time with just three of us, we debated hard before going with the crab hot pot + octopus. That broth? We practically drank it all — so savory, so comforting! 🍲❤️ The blue crabs were surprisingly full of roe, which was a lovely bonus. Even though we were stuffed, we couldn’t skip the fried rice at the end — that final, satisfying scoop is just part of the ritual. 🍚🔥 Of course, prices have gone up over the years (inflation hits everyone 😅). The large pot with three crabs + banchan came to around $120, so keep that in mind if you’re budget-conscious. Still, Ondal remains a warm, reliable spot for a hearty, flavorful Korean seafood feast. Perfect for cold nights, group hangs, or when you just need a big bowl of comfort. #OndalLA #CrabHotPot #KoreanComfort #BlueCrabFeast #LAFoodMemory #StillSolid #BrothHeaven #ShareThePot #FriedRiceFinisher #WorthTheSplurge #SeafoodStew #GroupDining #CozyMeal #EatTillTheLastDrop #LoyalFan #LAEats #KoreanCuisine #CrabSeason #WarmBellyHappyHeart #ComeBackAgain
