Served with fresh sea urchin and salmon roe, each bite was an explosion of sweetness. The oyster had a delicate, jelly-like texture—absolutely divine. 🍝 Uni Cream Udon I’ve tried the same dish at Miyabi Uni, but this version had wok hei—a smoky, savory depth that elevated the creamy sauce. The udon noodles were perfectly coated, rich but not heavy. I finished the plate in minutes! 🐟 Ootoro Tuna Spoon A luxurious bite of fatty tuna belly topped with uni and ikura. Similar in style to the oyster dish, but how can anyone resist ootoro? So buttery and smooth! 🍛 Japanese Curry Omurice I only crave Japanese-style curry, and this one hit the spot. Tender potatoes and carrots simmered in flavorful curry, draped with a soft, fluffy omelette. Each spoonful of curry and rice brought pure joy! 🍣 8-Piece Sushi Set Included sweet shrimp, salmon, scallop, yellowtail, and various tuna cuts—all exceptionally fresh. The salmon was especially rich and fatty.
