I brought another friend for my second visit here. Right after we sat down, the server asked if I still avoided scallions—I was instantly touched! They remembered my allergy from eight months ago 🥹. When ordering sake, they mentioned that the one I had last time was still available and asked if I’d like it again. The attention to detail here is just outstanding—they truly remember their guests. No wonder this remains my favorite sushi spot! ❤️ As for the food, it was consistently excellent, balancing raw and cooked dishes perfectly—I really appreciate this style. This time, we tried the summer menu (attached at the end). Compared to the winter menu from my last visit, the differences were subtle, mainly the crab rice being replaced with shrimp rice. During the sushi course, the chef highlighted a special seasonal sanma (Pacific saury) available only for two weeks—his personal favorite. Feeling lucky to have tried it! 😊 My friend thought the sushi rice was slightly tangy, but it suited my taste since I prefer a hint of acidity. Unsurprisingly, the service was impeccable as always. At the end, we received a handwritten thank-you note with a cute little cloud drawing ☁️—absolutely adorable!
