LA | Seline | New & Deliciously Classic in Flavor 🌿✨

Every dish here was enjoyable—no wild flavor experiments, just satisfying, familiar-yet-unplaceable goodness. You could call it safe compared to boundary-pushing spots like Meteora, but sometimes that’s exactly what hits the spot. 😌 Despite earlier reviews calling it a “salad course” place, the ingredients felt fresh and thoughtfully layered. Highlights included sweetbreads (my first time—delicate, creamy, better not to overthink it 🐮) and venison tartare, which was surprisingly mild and paired beautifully with crispy rice and walnuts. 🦌🌰 The truffle milkshake, however, leaned too fungal for my taste—one sip was enough. 😅 Desserts, unfortunately, were overwhelmingly sweet. Even my sugar-loving friend admitted defeat by the last bite. 🍰💥 The olive ice cream with olive jam was creative, but the texture felt like biting into a slab of chilled butter—intense, to say the least. All in all, a solid debut with some memorable highs and a few overly bold swings. #Foodie #LifeAbroad #LAEats #NewRestaurant #CaliforniaCuisine #HiddenGems #TastingMenu #HonestReview #DessertFail #DateNightSpot
