My friend had the day off and spent the afternoon watching a quirky Thai drama β naturally, we craved Thai for dinner. Searched nearby and found this place, open for about three months with solid reviews. Decided to give it a go! Pad See Ew has been a longtime favorite β wide noodles, sweet-savory sauce, with a light sprinkle of pepper that really brightens it up. The curry was recommended as βless sweet,β but it still leaned sweet! Tasty though β couldnβt stop spooning the sauce over rice. The papaya salad was the star for me β perfectly balanced flavors. But one thing β why do they always use raw beans?
