LA | Silver Spoons | New Thai Spot in the Neighborhood

My friend had the day off and spent the afternoon watching a quirky Thai drama, so we naturally craved Thai food for dinner 🍜😄 I searched nearby and found Silver Spoons—a Thai restaurant that’s only been open for three months but already has great reviews online ⭐ We decided to give it a try right away! I’ve loved pad see ew for years, and theirs was delicious—wide, chewy noodles with a sweet-tangy sauce and a light sprinkle of pepper that really lifted the flavors 🌶️🍝 The curry was recommended as less sweet than others, but it was still pretty sweet! That said, it was tasty and hard to resist—I kept spooning the sauce over my rice 😋🍛 The papaya salad was my favorite—perfectly tangy and spicy, though I’ve always wondered why Thai spots love adding raw beans (the beany taste can be pretty strong 😅). All in all, having a reliable new Thai spot nearby is definitely a win 🥡💫 From quick weeknight dinners to cozy weekend takeout, Silver Spoons adds a flavorful, convenient option to the neighborhood. #Foodie #ThaiFood #LAEats #NeighborhoodEats #ComfortFood #PadSeeEw #CurryLover #PapayaSalad #NewRestaurant #LocalGem
