🌟 LA | Sushi Enya Omakase 🍣✨

Just had an amazing Omakase experience at Sushi Enya! The chef is from Osaka and specializes in traditional-style Omakase. The course was generous – we started with four beautiful small dishes, followed by what felt like countless nigiri pieces (I lost count but it was a lot! πŸ˜†). In between, we enjoyed warm shiitake mushroom soup and a delicate chawanmushi (savory egg custard). 🍲🍳 My friend thought the sushi rice was a bit on the sour side, but I personally liked it – it balanced well with the fish! 🍚🐟 All the ingredients are imported directly from Japan, and everything was fresh and delicious. Nothing disappointed! πŸ™ŒπŸ’― Plus, it’s not overly hard to get a reservation – you usually don’t need to book way in advance. Price is around $200+ per person. πŸ’΅πŸ‘ Definitely a hidden gem for sushi lovers in LA! πŸŽ‰πŸ’– πŸ“ Sushi Enya – Los Angeles 🍴 Type: Restaurant | Omakase Sushi #LosAngelesEats #OmakaseLA #SushiLover #JapaneseCuisine #EaterLA #FoodDiary #LAFoodie #HiddenGem #TraditionalSushi #ChefExperience #LADining #SushiTime #EnyaOmakase #EatLikeALocal #FoodAdventure #LALife #GoodBites #OmakaseTime #SushiOfTheDay #LARestaurants
