This was an utterly satisfying meal—I was already thinking about my next visit before finishing! 😍 The chef is incredibly kind and engaging. 🫶 The flavors here differ from traditional omakase, leaning toward a lighter, more delicate style with subtle Korean influences—fitting, as the chef is Korean-American. 🇰🇷✨ The red shrimp was exceptionally sweet and fresh 🍤, but the most memorable dish was the tofu soup. Its broth was deeply flavorful and truly surprising! 🥣💫 The dessert, a yuzu sorbet-pudding hybrid, was also uniquely delicious—refreshing and perfectly balanced. 🍨 The whole course felt well-balanced, skillfully alternating between raw and cooked dishes.
