Had heard Yuen was decent β this visit, maybe because itβs summer, the fish selection felt light. But they had portrait shots of the fish β a nice touch! Winter fatty season might be better. Even without heavy-hitter fish, the meal felt thoughtful β interesting sake pairings and tasty small dishes. π¦ Uni sauce prawn β seems to be their signature, and it delivered. π Tuna β quality was just okay, hard to rave about. The chef noticed my friend had been before and opened a sparkling water for us to try β perfectly carbonated, never had bubbles this fine! π The futomaki add-on at the end β HUGE!
