LA | This Uni Bowl Just Made My Day š
Thereās something about a beautifully crafted bowl of food that instantly lifts your mood! š¼ Iāve been coming to this place since they first started serving ganjang gejang (soy-marinated crab), and over the years, their flavors have noticeably evolved and improved. Since their renovation, the place has gotten busier tooāitās often packed during mealtimes! Their Live Uni is a must-order every timeāthree gorgeous pieces served so beautifully, theyāre almost too pretty to eat. Wrap them in crispy seaweed for an unforgettable bite. The raw marinated shrimp š¦ is soft, sweet, and brimming with umami, but the real star remains their signature soy-marinated crab š¦. Itās no wonder Koreans call this dish ārice thiefāājust look at that creamy, golden roe in the third photo! 𤤠So rich and savory, with just the right balance of soy. Mix it with rice, and youāve got pure happiness in a bowl. I also highly recommend their soups! š² Their ox bone soup is something Iāve ordered repeatedlyādeep, comforting, and in my opinion, even better than the one at Sun Nong Dan! Besides raw specialties, they also serve Wagyu rice bowls š„©. I havenāt tried it yet, but it looks amazingādefinitely on my list for next time! š ļ¼Master Ha šļ¼1147 S Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90006 #LosAngeles #LAFood #LAEats #KtownLA #LAKoreanFood #MustTryLA #UniBowl #GanjangGejang #CaliforniaLife #KoreanCrab #FoodieFind
