LA | This Uni Bowl Just Made My Day 💛
There’s something about a beautifully crafted bowl of food that instantly lifts your mood! 🌼 I’ve been coming to this place since they first started serving ganjang gejang (soy-marinated crab), and over the years, their flavors have noticeably evolved and improved. Since their renovation, the place has gotten busier too—it’s often packed during mealtimes! Their Live Uni is a must-order every time—three gorgeous pieces served so beautifully, they’re almost too pretty to eat. Wrap them in crispy seaweed for an unforgettable bite. The raw marinated shrimp 🦐 is soft, sweet, and brimming with umami, but the real star remains their signature soy-marinated crab 🦀. It’s no wonder Koreans call this dish “rice thief”—just look at that creamy, golden roe in the third photo! 🤤 So rich and savory, with just the right balance of soy. Mix it with rice, and you’ve got pure happiness in a bowl. I also highly recommend their soups! 🍲 Their ox bone soup is something I’ve ordered repeatedly—deep, comforting, and in my opinion, even better than the one at Sun Nong Dan! Besides raw specialties, they also serve Wagyu rice bowls 🥩. I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks amazing—definitely on my list for next time! 🏠:Master Ha 📍:1147 S Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90006 #LosAngeles #LAFood #LAEats #KtownLA #LAKoreanFood #MustTryLA #UniBowl #GanjangGejang #CaliforniaLife #KoreanCrab #FoodieFind
