Discovered this relatively new LA restaurant with amazing atmosphere—and the food was surprisingly fantastic! Haven’t seen much about it online yet 🫢 🥘 Wagyu Beef Tartare Wagyu tartare + rich roasted bone marrow + caviar, all piled on crispy toast. The first few bites were pure heaven! You can ask for extra toast if needed. 🍝 Pares aux Truffes Creamy truffle pasta with a hollow center—bursting with flavor in every bite. Truffle aroma was just right, impossible to stop eating! 🥩 Black Opal Wagyu Steak Tender, juicy Wagyu with a nice sauce and pickled onions to cut the richness. Though after the stunning tartare, maybe I’d skip another beef dish next time. 🐟 The server also recommended a whole roasted fish—sounded great for a future visit. 🎂 For my birthday, they gave complimentary ice cream.
