LA | You'll Break My Heart If You Skip This Beef & Octopus Hot Pot! 🥺

This is the restaurant my friend insisted on visiting right after landing at LAX—after four years away from the U.S.! If you've been in LA for a while, you probably already know this spot. If you haven’t tried it yet, I strongly recommend it! 🌟 Our go-to order is the Beef & Octopus Hot Pot 🐙. The combination of tender beef and fresh, chewy octopus is incredibly satisfying. The broth becomes sweeter as it simmers, thanks to the pumpkin and sweet potato. The set also includes kimchi pancakes, corn cheese, and marinated raw crab—so much goodness in one meal! Their crab hot pot (shown in the sixth image) is also quite popular, but in my opinion, the beef and octopus version is still the winner! They also serve ganjang gejang (soy-marinated crab) if you’re craving more crab 🦀. While there’s a branch in LA, I’m not sure if it’s under the same owner. But the Garden Grove location has a richer, more flavorful broth!
