Zinc is one of those spots I always pass by and think, “I should try that!” but never remember to. Finally made it on the first Sunday of daylight saving time — and brought my pup along! 🐶 The menu looked straightforward (very American), and Yelp photos didn’t exactly wow me… So I played it safe and ordered what seemed reliable. Then — surprise! The ingredient combinations showed real thought. The omelette blew me away — I usually avoid mushrooms, but these were so flavorful without any meat. The asparagus was fresh and tender, and the bell peppers and cherry tomatoes blended in without overpowering.
