So delicious, but you get full after like 10 minutes… then 10 minutes later you’re craving it again 😂 The Medium size is totally enough for 4 people, but who cares — I’ve already mastered the recipe thanks to the food gurus ! Numbers might be off since it’s been a while, but here’s what I remember: – Classic Spicy Braised Beef Ribs The iconic one. Still drool-worthy thinking about it — you can add cheese 🧀. There’s a copycat recipe that’s seriously spot-on! By the end, the rice cakes and radish were the stars. The meat is always tempting, but so filling… writing this now is making me crave it again 😭 – ??? (Leaner Meat Pot) Does Korean cuisine only have scallions, chives, and kimchi as veggies? 🆘 This one was okay — leaner meat, broth was pretty mild. Not bad but not memorable.👌💕 – Random Soup (Unexpected Hit!) Got praise from everyone at the table! Had beef intestine and maybe cabbage? Tasted like a hearty beef & veggie stew. Shows that skipping the huge pot for smaller soups isn’t a bad idea! – Oxtail Soup Need to season with salt and pepper yourself, but once you do — so good! Loved the glass noodles inside 🙏🙏 – Garlic Stir-Fried Beef Intestine & Tripe Surprisingly tasty?? Portion isn’t huge — enough for two hungry people. The onions and small peppers were super fragrant, and the tripe/intestine were fried till crispy, rendering out the grease. Less heavy than the braised ribs — I really liked it!
