Hey everyone! 👋 Every time I visited Little Tokyo before, I noticed Chubby Cattle was under construction… But today—it’s finally open! 🔥 The cute mascot out front totally drew me in, so I went straight for a feast! 🥳 🐂 Chubby Cattle BBQ | Little Tokyo 📍 356 E 2nd St, Los Angeles, CA 90012 🅿️ Self-parking required (street or nearby lots) We chose the Gold Tier – 75 per person (or 65 for members) Some premium meats and specific dishes are limited to one order per person, but everything else—like various meats, sushi, and more—is unlimited! I ate to my heart’s content! 🍣🔥 Highlights & Recommendations: 🥩 A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Short Rib – Gorgeous marbling, rich but not greasy! 🥩 A5 Wagyu Misuji – Thin slices that literally melt in your mouth! 🍣 A5 Wagyu + Uni + Caviar Sushi – Beautiful, delicious, and full of texture! 🥘 Sukiyaki Hot Pot – Huge portion! Don’t forget to dip in the fresh egg! 🥚 🍣 Salmon Sushi – Perfectly balanced fat ratio, super fresh! 🌮 Wagyu Tartare on Potato Chips – Savory tartare on crispy chips—so good! 🥩 Australian Wagyu M8-9 Chuck Eye with Egg – Dip thin slices in egg—unreal! The interior keeps Chubby Cattle’s signature style—cozy and fun! 🐂✨ Great vibe, and even on opening day, service was smooth. The server gave great recommendations and kept dishes coming quickly! 90-minute dining time was just right.
