(Pic 1) The small bowl on the left isn’t just raw egg yolk — it’s a whole onsen egg infused with black truffle oil. Rich, aromatic, and way more luxurious than regular egg dip! 🐽 Pork Section: 🍢 Enoki Mushroom w/Pork Belly — Pretty standard. The pork wasn’t as tender as the chicken, but they also have other options like pork-wrapped mochi skewers that looked tempting! 🌊 Seafood Section: 🍢 Hokkaido Scallop — A bit too icy; you can skip this one. Average per person: $30–40. 📅 Reservations are recommended — walk-ins might face long waits.
