LA COUNTY FAIR: Crowds Keep Coming Despite the Heatwave! ππ‘
The largest fair in California! πͺ I went a few years ago before the pandemic, and my memory of it still lingers on those delicious giant turkey legs wrapped in bacon! π Today's weather made me not want to step outside at all... π But the little one had a performance insideβand during the hottest part of the afternoon, no less! After the show, we played for a bit and then made a quick exit. πβοΈπ¨ If the weather's nice, it's totally worth getting a day pass and playing from day to night! If you donβt want to walk a lot, definitely spring for VIP PARKING. πβ¨ The turkey legs are still worth buying! But whatever you doβdo NOT buy the giant fried onion ring in the second-to-last photo! π§ β It's pre-fried and reheated in a microwave, with thick batter and way too greasy and hard. This year, it's open until May 26thβperfect for a weekend outing! π π Fairplex 1101 W McKinley Ave, Pomona, CA 91768 What's your favorite fair food or ride?
