LA Crudo e Nudo | Why Is This Dish So Beautiful? đ
Strolling around Santa Monica today~ Seeing a very "LA" version of LA (think about it... is that a tongue-twister? đ) This little spot is seriously coolâeveryoneâs super, super chill. In such a prime location, the vibe is effortlessly relaxed. Be prepared for a long, leisurely mealâitâs worth every minute! ~ The food itself is a work of art đ¨ So gorgeous, Iâm honestly amazed. The large and small oysters have completely different texturesâthe big ones are chewy, the small ones are soft and creamy. The lemon oil pairing is genius. Salty like seawater but not fishyâa totally new experience! The squid ink rice is rich and oilyâcould get heavy after a while, but the flavor profile is delightful. Lots of crispy crust, like a seafood version of clay pot rice đ The caviar nacho? Absolutely mind-blowing! So beautiful itâs almost unreal. Iâd even forgive the chives inside (and I usually donât like them!). The flavors are cleverâeach one stands out, but together? Canât stop eating! (Already planning to recreate it at home⌠with extra avocado, of course đĽ) ~ Another happy weekend, Iâd say! đ Have you tried food thatâs almost too pretty to eat?
