Who would’ve thought — a legit Las Vegas-style seafood spot right in Chino Hills! 🎉 The Boiler brings that famous Oyster Bar vibe to SoCal with their steam kettle cooking — fresh, hot, and full of flavor. 🫕🔥 I stopped by solo and tried their signature House Pan Roast: A rich, creamy tomato-based broth loaded with the “holy trinity” (onions 🧅, celery 🥬, bell peppers 🫑), plus shrimp 🦐, crab 🦀, clams, and scallops — all served over a bed of steamed rice 🍚. 🥄 The portion was huge! 🌶️ I went with spice level 3 (mild kick) — perfect for me, but spice lovers can crank it up to 10! Heard their Cioppino (West Coast seafood stew) 🥘 and Jambalaya 🍛 are also must-tries. Next time!
