Just discovered this warm and inviting Thai restaurant in Pasadena – Kwan Kitchen! 🌿 The staff are super sweet, and yes, the servers actually speak Thai – always a good sign for authenticity! 😊 My friend and I tried three dishes, and each one was a delight. 🟠 Mango Sticky Rice Let’s start with the star of the show! 🌟 The mango sticky rice was absolutely delicious – the rice was sweet, fragrant, and paired perfectly with ripe mango. No need for more words… just order it! 🥭 🟠 Mama Hot Pot A comforting and tangy seafood noodle soup. It may not be mind-blowing, but it’s solid and satisfying! 🍲 Packed with fresh seafood in a sour-spicy broth – not too overpowering, just right. 🟠 Krapow (Basil Pork/Chicken Rice) My friend couldn’t stop raving about this one! She said it tasted just like the authentic version in Thailand. 🌿 So flavorful and aromatic, and the portion is huge for only $15! A must-try for sure. 🟠 Kwan’s Thai Tea Okay, I might be in the minority here, but this wasn’t my favorite. 🫣 I found it a bit herbal, almost like medicine? But my friend insisted it’s the real deal!
