LA Food｜Newly Opened Korean BBQ AYCE 🥩✨

Haven’t been to Brea Mall in a while, so this time met up with friends there. Between LA and OC, there are just too many food options! We chose Brea — halfway between LA and Irvine — partly for location and to avoid rush hour traffic. Since it was close to Halloween 🎃, we picked this Korean BBQ spot for a pre-holiday feast. Located near Brea Mall, it’s super convenient for a meal after shopping 🛍️🍽️. We went with the standard AYCE tier at $43 (there’s also a Premium option for $55). Even though it’s buffet-style, the quality is impressive — maybe even better than some à la carte BBQ spots! The meat feels almost like Japanese steakhouse “Omakase” grade. The interior is clean and modern — a newly opened hotspot! The vibe is different from typical Korean BBQ joints — stylish and inviting ✨. 🔹 Nights & weekends, they play upbeat music 🎶 — great for friends, family, or work gatherings! (At night, the lights dim, creating a perfect atmosphere for drinks 🍻.) 🔹 Located in a large plaza with plenty of parking 🚗. 🔹 Little secret 😉 — they use alkaline water! Their filtered water goes through four+ layers of purification — clean and supposedly good for your skin 💧. 🥩 What to order: ✔️ Korean Galbi (short ribs) — sizzling and fragrant on the grill. ✔️ Grilled shrimp — well-marinated and delicious. ✔️ Cube-cut beef ribs — tender and flavorful. ✔️ Grilled clams 🥗 Sides & more: ✔️ Steamed egg — a must to balance the richness. ✔️ Korean salad — nice fresh starter.
