Such delicious 30-day dry-aged steak! 🥩 The entire cut is packed with rich, deep flavor after the aging process—an absolute must-try! The tartare is also amazing—sweet and tangy, really wakes up the appetite. 😋 And the cocktails? So good! 🍸 Love the beautiful knife selection ritual—so, so full of ceremony! ✨ Each knife has its own story. Definitely my favorite part of the experience. The complimentary bread is incredibly delicious—so fragrant, crispy on the outside, and soft inside. 🥖💫 The duck fat potatoes are roasted to perfect crispiness. 🥔🔥 After the meal, they served a small chocolate—not too sweet, which was a nice, refreshing finish. 🍫 Open kitchen concept—you can watch the staff grill the steaks right next to the kitchen area. 👨🍳👀 And if they see you taking photos, they’ll happily smile back! 😄 Super easy parking!
