LA French Cuisine 🌟|🇫🇷 Citrin 🍽️
After days of Chinese food, we went for a Michelin-starred French dinner near Santa Monica after riding the Pacific Wheel — what a pleasant surprise! The Tasting Menu had five courses including dessert — just enough to feel satisfied but not overly full. First Course ✨ Egg Caviar 🥚 Egg topped generously with caviar, served with cauliflower purée 🥦 and lemon cream 🍋 — light, fresh, and not heavy at all. Also highly recommend the Scallop appetizer — fresh and beautifully sauced. Second Course ✨ Lobster Bolognese 🦞 A must-order! Lobster pasta with slightly salty truffle foam — well-seasoned and delicious. Third Course ✨ Marcho Farms Veal 🥩 The steak was good but not mind-blowing — though we were already pretty full by then, so maybe that’s why. Dessert ✨ Red Berry “Vacherin” 🍓 Raspberry white chocolate mousse with ice cream. ✨ Dark Chocolate “Mille Crepe” 🍫 Chocolate cake with ice cream — both desserts were lovely sweet finishes. #FrenchCuisine #PrettyFood #AtmosphereDining #LAEats #MichelinStar #SantaMonica
