We went with the signature duck course menu (two options available). 🍽️ Course-by-Course: 🥐 Butter Brioche — Rich, buttery, lightly crisp. 🥗 Green Salad — Fresh, sweet, crunchy, with crumbled biscuit bits. 🥘 Duck Rillette on Crisp Bread — Shredded duck with a hint of plum, served with pearl onions. 🍗 Duck Breast (Medium Rare) — Crispy skin, juicy and tender meat, creamy savory sauce. So flavorful and layered. 🍽️ Side: Duck-fat roasted breadcrumbs, beans, and basil. 🥧 Apple Tart — Usually not an apple pie fan, but this was bright and tangy, not cloying. Caramelized crust, soft filling. 🍮 Soufflé — They forgot it initially, but made a fresh one for us after a 30-minute wait.
