Recently visited Shibuya 107 Izakaya in La Habra for sushi, and the overall experience was great — especially their uni (sea urchin) and sweet shrimp sushi! 🫔 Truffle Salmon (Salmon Truffle Spoon) Three bite-sized salmon rolls topped with truffle oil + ponzu. Light, refreshing, and not heavy at all. Visually delicate — perfect as a starter. 🍣 Sashimi & Nigiri Selection We tried: Salmon, Butter Salmon, Pepper Tuna, Cajun Tuna, Yellowtail, Sweet Shrimp, Kanpachi, and more. The uni paired with otoro / scallop / sweet shrimp — any combo was a win! ⭐ Rolls｜Must-try: Mango Sunshine 🥭 Mango Sunshine Roll Inside: Albacore, cilantro, fried shrimp Outside: Avocado, mango, salmon, yellowtail Fresh and surprisingly not heavy — highly recommend! 🦞 Baked Lobster Roll Topped with grilled crawfish + cheese.
