Served sizzling in the pan—even lets you stir it yourself for fun! 🥬 Western Hunan Pickles – Crunchy, tangy, and refreshing. So good I’d take some home to cook with! 🧆 Changsha Stinky Tofu – Topped with garlic, chili, and scallions, soaked in savory sauce.
