LA Hotel Recommendation ๐ Thompson Hotel
Thompson Hotel is located in the Hollywood area. The only downside is that it's not recommended for those without a car ๐๐จ โ the entrance can feel a bit unsafe due to homeless presence, and thereโs not much around. Youโd be better off staying in Beverly if you prefer walkable areas. However, if youโre driving, itโs super close to West Hollywood and Melrose Avenue! ๐๏ธ๐ด Valet parking is super convenient and quick, costing 55 per night. ๐ต The hotel rate is around 300 CAD per night. ๐ผ The lobby has a bit of an Edition vibe, and the rooms are seriously spacious! ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ Each comes with a small sofa, a coffee table, a large wardrobe, and a full-length mirror. The hotel rooftop even offers a view of the Hollywood Sign! ๐ฌ๐ The pool is also absolutely gorgeous~ ๐โจ I just saw a vloggerโs video who also stayed here, and the footage looked amazing! ๐ธ๐ซ Honestly, I really donโt recommend the Edition in LA โ itโs overpriced and not that attractive. ๐ โ๏ธ๐ธ Iโve also stayed at a Thompson in Los Cabos before and had a great impression โ it blends industrial style with natural elements, like a more thoughtful version of Edition. ๐ต๐๏ธโค๏ธ Every detail feels carefully designed, offering both comfort and aesthetic pleasure.
