LA Hotpot: Bowl-Style Dishes at Nice 2 Meet U! 🍲

Nice 2 Meet U in San Gabriel is back—newly renovated! 🎉 They used to focus on skewers, but now they offer more fresh-cut meats, small braised bowls, desserts, and drinks. 🥩🍹 We tried pork bone soup and Guizhou sour soup. The pork bone broth was smooth and comforting. The sour soup was nice, though friends felt it tasted more like tomato than authentic Guizhou style. 🥣 The small braised dishes were a hit—braised beef, pork trotters, quail eggs, and taro, all flavorful and tender. 😋 Now served in cute ceramic bowls, just like the trendy "bowl-style hotpot" in China. Pricing is based on bowl size! 🥢 The fresh-cut diaolong beef was super tender and cooked quickly. 🐂 For dessert, we had chilled tofu pudding—sweet and icy, the perfect match for hotpot. 🍮 New bubble drinks: kumquat plum and osmanthus orange.
