The owner said they’ll focus on Xiangyang beef noodles for now, with the official opening around Jan 10! We visited at noon—only the owner managing everything, super dedicated.😁🙌 $15 per bowl includes a drink or soy milk, and free noodle refills—definitely filling for one person. The noodles are authentic alkaline noodles served in a rich broth loaded with bean sprouts, a braised egg, and generous portions of beef! The spice level here is that piercing, aromatic heat—even the lowest spice level made this spice-sensitive person sweat 🥵, but it’s truly fragrant! The condiment station has scallions, cilantro, garlic cloves, and vinegar for self-service. A nice touch: the disposable chopsticks are polished smooth—almost like proper dining chopches—feels like the owner isn’t cutting corners!
