Havenât been to Osen in almost half a year â missed it so much! Unfortunately, my friend wasnât feeling well and skipped the raw dishes⌠so I enjoyed a solo sushi feast at the bar. đŁ While watching the kitchen, I spotted another tableâs order â a grilled king crab hand roll topped with masago! It looked incredible. We exchanged a glance and immediately added it to our order. The roll had very little rice, just packed with tender crab meat â SO good. It instantly dethroned my usual sweet shrimp + uni + truffle + caviar combo! The skewers this time werenât as well-grilled as last visit⌠As Iâve always said, Osenâs cold dishes tend to outshine their hot ones â the hot items can be a bit inconsistent.
