LA Ktown Tu Cha Dessert Shop 🍰🧋

Visited a new bubble tea and dessert spot in Ktown this Sunday! Found them on Instagram: @tucha.la Went mainly because they’re WINNERS of "Zumbo's Just Desserts" on Netflix! Saw Catherine — she’s even prettier in person and super nice! 🥰 Arrived around 3 PM, skipped drinks and just ordered desserts to-go. Not too crowded, but still waited 50 minutes… 🕙 Asked twice and was told there were orders ahead. Eventually, they said two of the three desserts I wanted were sold out — but they handled the refund patiently and kindly. Seems a bit chaotic since they just opened + it’s super hyped. Might be better to wait a couple of weeks… Lots of people waited long times, and the most popular items (mango 🥭 and lemon 🍋) were already gone. Tried the Berry dessert — not too sweet, with a tangy jelly-like texture. Refreshing! Inside was pistachio filling, which paired well with the berry tartness. Nice layers of flavor! But the strawberry on top was spoiled… 🍓😅 Price: nearly $15 💸 Parking: Street parking only — pretty hard to find. Better to go early or avoid peak hours! Whether it’s worth a special trip?
