Out of the three sauces served, two didnāt quite hit the mark. š Eggplant Parmigiana An unexpected favorite! How can mashed eggplant be so delicious? The sauce made it feel almost like eating meatāso rich and satisfying. š“ Mains Both the fish and slow-cooked beef were outstandingātender, falling apart at the touch. The fish skin was beautifully crispy with a gelatinous texture, and the creamy sauce beneath paired perfectly with the delicate fish. The beef with mashed potatoes?
