LA Local’s Must-Try Century-Old Mexican Spot 🇲🇽✨

🍴 Name: El Paseo Inn 💰 ~$25 per person If you're flying into LAX, take the SkyWay to Union Station, then it's just a 10-minute walk away. This place is reportedly the oldest restaurant in the Mexican heritage district — nearly a hundred years old! The atmosphere is full of character. Okay, maybe I was a tiny bit clickbaity 😅 Actually met a friendly 60+ local lady on the plane who loves this place so much she walked us to Station West and pointed the way! Combined with a Mexican classmate's recommendations, two of us ordered these and were totally full: 🌟 Beef Taquitos Crispy corn shell + seasoned shredded beef + fresh guacamole — light, not greasy, with that irresistible corn aroma. 🌟 Avila Adobe Enchiladas Rich and saucy — the tortilla flavor gets kind of masked by the sauce, but if you’re into curry-like or mildly spicy sauces (I barely tasted the heat), you’ll enjoy this. If you’re craving Mexican and in the area — go check it out — as recommended by a lovely local abuela 🧡 #LAFood #LosAngeles #LATravel #MexicanFood #LAEats 🌮🇲🇽🔥
