LA Michelin Star Omakase 🍣|Sushi Lover's Course-by-Course Review

Overall rating: 4.3⭐️ • Ingredients were top-notch—many were my personal favorites! 🐟✨ • The rice was a bit loose and fell apart easily 🍚😅 • The restaurant assumes everyone uses chopsticks, but only me and another guest ate with our hands—the waiter noticed and kindly brought us hand towels 🙌💧 • Service was super fast! For an omakase, the pacing was tight—we started eating almost immediately after sitting down. I personally loved it! ⏱️🍽️ Dish Ratings: 🍽️ Grilled Eel with Sour Sauce – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👉 Very appetizing—I love tangy flavors! 🐙 Hokkaido Octopus – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👉 Huge portion, crispy texture, but a bit mild in flavor. 🦐 New Zealand Langoustine – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👉 So tender and sweet! 🐟 Bluefin Tuna Collar Sashimi – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👉 Rich, fatty, and super tender. 🍣 Japanese Red Snapper Sushi – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍣 Japanese Sea Bass Sushi – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🦑 Baby Squid Sushi – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👉 Topped with yuzu bits—so refreshing! 🌊 Santa Barbara Uni Sushi – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👉 So plump and sweet—amazing! 🐠 Japanese Mackerel Sushi – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍣 Hokkaido Scallop Sushi – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🥩 Shabu-Shabu: Grass-Fed Ribeye – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👉 Two slices per person.
