LA Michelin-Starred Texas BBQ 🥩🔥

This place totally lives up to the hype—Moo’s Craft Barbecue! 🏆 Walking in, you’re greeted by a wall of awards, including a Michelin star. Even before opening, there was already a line… and when we left, it was still packed! 👥💨 We might have over-ordered for two people 😅: The brisket was perfectly fatty and juicy 💦, the ribs were incredibly flavorful, though the pulled pork was a bit less impressive. Their house sauces (two bottles on each table) are fantastic! 🧴👌 Portion-wise, I’d say half a pound of meat per person is plenty—it’s easy to get full quickly, especially with fatty cuts. We had about 1 pound of brisket and half a pound of pulled pork. We also grabbed beers from the counter—an IPA and a wheat beer, both recommended by the staff. The IPA had quite a kick—I felt a light buzz, which I hadn’t in a while! 🍺😄 Must-try: The banana pudding! 🍌🍮 So delicious and layered, with caramel cookies tucked between banana mash and fresh slices—absolutely divine! A sweet moment: The lady at the counter thought I ordered pulled pork instead of ribs, so she gave me two extra ribs for free—so kind! 🥹💖 One gripe: Even though it’s counter service, they still add a tip percentage. Ah, the American way… 💸😤 We had to take leftovers home, but the meal came out to around $70 per person. 📍 Address: 2118 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90031 What’s your favorite BBQ spot or your go-to meat order?
