We only eat here three times a year β because itβs seriously salty! But it's our birthday tradition for our family of three π The broth is intense and savory (almost too much for me now), but the hand-pulled noodles are absolutely amazing β chewy, springy, and perfectly textured. My sons love it so much they even warm up extra broth to finish every drop. Me? I stick to the noodles β theyβre just that good! Even though I feel like the broth gets saltier year after year (or maybe my taste buds are mellowing π ), we still keep coming back.
